"It's honestly like Nicky has turned a tap on"

I went in feeling really anxious, lost and rubbish about money and the way she was able to trace way, way back to what's happened in my past and stuck to me as the reason why I've been feeling like this, is mind-blowing.

Even after our first session I started feeling a sense of calm and ease which I hadn't felt for ages. I feel happier, calmer, there's been positive changes at home, work has picked up. The first morning, I woke up from a dream so real I felt like I was emerging from an out of body experience. For years I have had trouble going to sleep and staying asleep post-menopause. I woke up early from a deep, restorative sleep and did not need coffee.
